Our Company Offers 2 types of activities:

1. THE ESTATE AGENCY.

There offer services of intermediation for sale and rent of real estate, and from 2008, in date to be necessary, it is foreseen to give the service of administration of estates, so much for administration of rents of places or housings, as for administration of owners' communities in regime of horizontal property.

The honorarium with regard to the intermediation for sale has been included in the announced prices and they are chargeable to the seller who entrusts us the management, being our habitual percentage 3 % + VAT (16 % of the above mentioned percentage) of the price of sale announced.

In case of rents the honorarium at the expense of the tenant is of the amount of a monthly salary + VAT (of 16 % of the above mentioned monthly salary). For transfers of place of business in the price of the transfer the commission of the real estate agency has been included, and at the expense of the tenant the amount of a monthly salary traverses + VAT (16 % of the above mentioned percentage).

The announced prices include the taxes neither for purchase and rent nor the expenses of the dealing. Usually the expenses of a purchase promote 10 % of the price in which it is bought being the major expense inside this one 10 % that of the tax for the purchase, Tax of Patrimonial Transmissions or Value-added tax as it is a purchase of the second hand or of new work, being in both cases of 7 % of the amount in which it is bought, the rest of expenses refer to the expenses for Office of a notary, Record of the Property and Hypothecary Funding in case of being necessary this one.

For the administration of estate, it will report cumplidamente of the tariffs to applying in the web and in our offices.

2. THE JURIDICAL ONE

They develop as activities:

The activity of advice for the sale and rent between individuals. Preparation draft and signing of the contracts deprived of Security, of Dealing, of Lease of Housing, Lease for Uses Different from that of Housing , Transfer of Place of Business . Urban development negotiations relative to lots: Segregation, Aggregation, Division.

From the procedural point of view, only they take demands of dispossession to themselves for lack of payment of floors and places.

The advice for the contracting between individuals, seeks to give a suitable contractual form to the same ones to his business.

The honorarium for these services is the following ones:

Draft of Contract of Security or Dealing Deprived and signature of the same one in our offices, without accompanying to the office of a notary: 600 € + VAT (16 %). Contract of lease of housing or for uses different from that of housing, the same steps that the previous point: 200 € + VAT (16 %). Contract of transfer of place of business , the same steps that the previous point: 1.000 € + VAT (16 %). Advice up to the signature of the public deed before notary of a contract of Security or Dealing Deprived written by we: 300 € + VAT (16 %) (This question does not include the payment of taxes that correspond to buyer and seller, for the above mentioned management will advise them the services of professionals expert in tax law with which habitually we collaborate).

For the interposition of demand(lawsuit) of dispossession for lack of payment of lease both of housing and of place of business: The amount of a monthly salary + VAT (16 %) paid for the rent, with a minimum of 600 € + VAT (16 %). (This honorarium includes the expenses for displacement neither to the courts nor the Attorney's honorarium).
